Jaguar Land Rover, Design and Engineering Centre

Delivering a cost effective and high-quality office extension

The Jaguar Land Rover Gaydon Centre in Warwickshire is one of the principal design and engineering centres for Jaguar Land Rover. The Gaydon site is home to 2,500 engineers and offers a full suite of engineering and design offices which include:

  • Climate chambers
  • Engine, transmission and gearbox test rigs
  • 24-hour test track
380

acres of on-site land.

Our commercial and industrial experts delivered a cost effective and high-quality extension to one of the site’s main office buildings, whilst keeping the existing building operational without disturbing its occupants.
